Long-Working-Distance Off-Axis Parabolas
Get high-quality focused spots and a long working distance – without a complex optical system – using these high-performance mirrors.
These precision, copper, off-axis parabolic mirrors are fabricated using slow tool servo technology. This delivers optics with diffraction-limited spot sizes that can withstand extremely high laser powers and operate in industrial environments.
Fabrication Capabilities
Coherent can fabricate off-axis parabolas, as well as other freeforms, in diameters of up to 250 mm with surface accuracy of < 0.5 µm and surface roughness < 0.6 nm.
